has been open since 2003. In 2006, Sauce was named the 3rd Best Restaurant in Victoria! Locally owned and operated by the Blackmore family, “Sauce” is a tribute to a champion thoroughbred racehorse, "On the Sauce" once owned by the Blackmore’s. Sadly, On the Sauce crossed his last finish line on December 9, 2006. At the most respectful age of 25, he will be greatly missed.
